Badgerow Building

Built in 1933, the Badgerow Building located in Sioux City, IA, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was voted one of the 50 Most Significant Iowa Buildings of the 20th Century by the Iowa Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.  The Badgerow Building had fallen into disrepair and was in need of a complete renovation. Nolan Sheehan Patten represented Mako One Corporation, the owner of the Badgerow Building, in utilizing Federal and State Historic Tax Credits to finance the much needed renovations. The renovations are expected to be completed in the Spring of 2014 and will include a Data Center and professional offices, furthering Sioux City’s downtown revitalization efforts.
