Patrick’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, specifically in the area of affordable housing and community development, where he represents developers and lenders in transactions involving a variety of public and private financing sources. Prior to joining Nolan Sheehan Patten and during law school, Patrick worked as a paralegal at Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. (“POAH”), a Boston-based national developer of affordable family and elderly housing. At POAH, Patrick gained experience in new construction, preservation, and portfolio transactions while working on all aspects of the acquisition process, including business entity structuring and compliance with HUD approval requirements.
